Epic Games has now added a Jujutsu Kaisen crossover in Fortnite with the latest v25.30 content update. Here’s everything you need to know about the crossover.
News of the collab will hardly come as a surprise to those aware of recent Fortnite leaks. Notably, leakers managed to unearth images of bundle pages that showcased skins, back blings, and more modeled after the popular anime.
Such a collaboration arrives at the perfect time, too, given that Jujutsu Kaisen just began airing its second season last month. And, fortunately, the crossover itself is here now with the 23.50 patch that Epic deployed earlier today.

With the collab arrives certain cosmetic items, a new questline event as well as two new mythic items.

Fortnite x Jujutsu Kaisen crossover release date
A teaser trailer for the latest anime crossover hit Fortnite‘s official X account on August 1. The brief video confirmed that several Jujutsu Kaisen sorcerers would soon land on the Island.
Now that the content update 25.30 has dropped, the crossover has arrived in the game on August 8, 2023. Fortnite recently posted an official trailer that shows numerous additions that have arrived to the game with the crossover.

The crossover event, will however end on August 25, 2023 at 2 AM ET when Chapter 4 Season 3 comes to a close.

Jujutsu Kaisen crossover brings a new quest event and character skins
Epic Games has yet to offer much in the way of specifics; however, with the collab, Gojo, Megumi, Yuji, and Nobara are all now available in Fortnite as cosmetic skins. Paired with each skin are their signature pickaxes, back blings, and a free glider available through the Break the Curse! event.

The mini-pass event is similar to Star Wars: Find the Force that grants players free cosmetic items by redeeming Cursed Energy via completing event related quests. Players can get rewards upon completing quests in Battle Royale and gaining XP on islands created in UEFN. More in-game rewards are unlocked the more Cursed Energy you earn.

For an additional 1,000 V-Bucks, players can purchase the Break the Curse! premium reward track and receive the Streetwear Yuji Itadori Outfit and The Yuji Itadori Outfit upon completion of the pass. In addition, upon completing certain quests and redeeming all rewards, players will receive The Shadow Play: Toad Emote and Nue Glider.
The crossover event also adds two new mythic items – Hollow Purple and Straw Doll Technique that you can easily find around the island as floor loot or inside Cursed Loot Llamas that spawn randomly.
